Dr Rupert Booth is a well-qualified and flexible economist and project manager, who has two degrees in engineering and two in economics. His PhD thesis focussed on comparative efficiency and post-merger competitiveness; his Masters’ thesis won best thesis prize and addressed pricing in imperfect markets. He is also a qualified cost and management accountant, and is a specialist in costing for economic purposes.
