Main Responsibilities: • Attend three-day training on project design, , field procedure and questionnaire • Pre test the questionnaire and report the findings to resource person. • Selection of the patients rondamly • Introducing themselves and the program to the interviewee and getting their informed consent for interviews. • Conducting structured interviewe with interviewee. • Submitting the completed Questionnairres to the supervisors. • Monthly report to MoPH.
