Maiden Name: Withstandley I've been married for 30 years to a wonderful man who happened to be my high school sweetie and we have three children - Son (27), Daughter (25) Son (18) I am a 3rd dan Black Belt Chang Hon Tae Kwon Do and have trained for 20 years at the American Institute of Tae Kwon Do I teach the Fitness Kickboxing program 3 days a week - Tues & Thurs. 7-8 and Boot Camp Sat.s 9-10 (Come on by!) I am employed by Take Care Health Systems currently On-Staff Full Time at the Shelton Pitney Bowes Fitness Center
