I am an entrepreneur by nature. Being involved in setting up and running different start-ups illustrates my attitude through the unknown pathway. Recently I was invited to become the CEO of Ouro Negro, a holding of four technology start-ups focused on innovation for the oil & gas industry. Initially responsible for setting the company strategic plan, very soon my challenge was to align different teams with the same vision and modelling a new culture.
