- Drive and execute Terminal Partnering, in line with Maersk´s strategy to differentiate on "On Time Delivery" and "Unmacthed Reliability", identifying opportunities to decrease port stay through terminal´s productivity/efficiency analysis and optmising processes around vessel portstay, like increased crane intensity and stowage ammendments suggestion; - Support Local Agents and execution staff on the Operations Centre with port and process specific knowledge and updates to enable/assist/improve their daily execution efforts.
