Apply my experience at Centurion to enhance our product lines and the optimal use of products by our customers 2. Use my experience to innovate in the Vascular Access space. 3. Share my experience in dialogue with my colleagues and newer nurses so that I can continue to impact nursing care even when not at the bedside
