I joined IBM right after graduating from NUS in 2005 as IBM IT Specialist under IBM Team Blue Program. Upon graduating from the program, I joined IBM Software Specialist team for IBM Websphere and IM Products which provided an insight into IBM Excellent Support Structure, diverse product and Technology capabilities. From 2007, I joined IBM Maintenance Solution team as Solution Specialist for all IBM Maintenance (Hardware and Softwares) for a portfolio of IBM Top Accounts.
