Elliott Allan Hilsinger is the founder of two life-saving programs: the COPS Program and the VETS Program. The COPS Program allows any law enforcement officer in the United States to obtain a Guard Well membership at a significant discount. Guard Well then donates a part of these memberships' cost to a charity oriented toward helping law enforcement. The VETS Program is similar to the COPS program because it provides significant membership discounts to active or retired military members. Guard Well donates part of the cost of these memberships to a veteran-oriented or military-oriented charity.
