The flowers proudly bloom in glee and the pines moaned and sighed when a seraphic name EMIE ROSE,prefigures integrity,power and wisdom----characteristics evidently possesed by her,came to life on July 26,1992 in Potong del Norte,Lapinig Northern Samar.She is a fresh breath of winter.Her loving parents,Arnaldo Morallos and Norma Morallos,believed that sha has the qualities capable of mesmerizing their whole family into a pleasant state of pure bliss.The youngest of the four siblings in the family believes in simplicity of all things expressed in her manner of dealing with others.She is currently a 3rd year student at the College of Education,University Of Eastern PhiliPPines.This seventeen ye
