I have 8 years of experience on 2G/3G Network Optimization&Design&Strategy in Vodafone,Huawei,Piworks and Motorola . I have deep technical knowledge of multivendor 2G/3G and Basic 4G network technologies. I have been working at Vodafone Turkey since August 2013.Now I work as RAN Design Senior Specialist since February 2015. Main role is to be ready for 4.5G launch on April 2016.
