Eric Stryson is the Managing Director of the Global Institute for Tomorrow (GIFT) an independent, internationally recognised think tank based in Hong Kong.
GIFT promotes a deeper understanding of the impacts of globalisation, the shift of economic and political influence to Asia, the reshaping of the rules of global capitalism and the shifting relationship between business and society.
Since 2006 GIFT has pioneered a new approach to experiential leadership development and facilitated more than 50 two-week programmes in 15 countries across Asia working with more than 1,500 high potential managers from leading global companies.
