I am a leader of the Employee Benefit Team at Flood & Peterson. We know CFOs and CHROs are hungry for innovative solutions to manage their healthcare programs. As a Benefits Executive I advise organizations with 50 or more employees how to better manage their Employer Health Risk. Simply put, we teach employers to convert the well-being of their employees from an unmanaged risk to an asset cutting annual trend and increasing productivity. My mission is to help employers build sustainable/affordable benefit programs, while at the same time provide valuable/meaningful options for their employees.
