I am a professional hands-on and self-taught with relevant experience in managing teams, projects and operations in IT and Telecom. In the last 10 years I managed key outsourcing and insourcing projects for managed IT services, Contact Center infrastructure and data centers moving. I have skills and experience with RFP, finance negotiation, vendor and contract management for services and/or solutions for IT and Telecom areas, with more than 12 cases of success. In recent years I was responsible for large teams and operations of Service Desk, Field Services, Asset Management, Network Administration, telecommunications, call centers, governance and complex projects.
