Someone told me: "you're crazy" when I decided to change my job, first in Administration, Finance and Control dpt, than in a smaller start-up as Controller. I started my professional experience with a very practical work: manufacturing. But I wanted to see "the other side" of the business: managing and administration, so I decided to put on different glasses to see things in a different manner.
