â–ª More than 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition (TA), including development and implementation of targeted sourcing strategies and management; and development of TA teams in healthcare, business services and call center industries.
â–ª Proven ability to think strategically, transform talent acquisition activities to align with business goals, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results.
▪ Hands on experience with recruiting/sourcing tools and technologies; and experience implementing tools, technologies and processes to attract candidates and effectively manage candidate pipelines with focus on the candidates’ experience.
