Involved in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities of BYCO Oil refinery Complex 2.  Involved in master start up of 120 MBPD CDU.  Making plans for commissioning activities and to overcome bottle neck.  RO Plant, Crude distillation unit, Hydro-treating, Gas Plant. unit, Platforming Unit, LPG Recovery Unit and Isomerization unit commissioning activities, which is the 1st Isomerization plant of Pakistan.  Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the Project.  Estimates costs, prepares justifications.  Train less experience / junior engineers.  Review and update of Process Manuals and Emergency Procedure.  Preparation of Pu...
