Adding up 25 years of hands-on experience on ICT, mainly on product and services, I have decided to establish our own startup ICT Company, Tekn@SOR technology Corp in 2011.
We did accumulate expertise on popular Computer & Mobile & Internet Technologies, built our own Knowledge Base and CRM System running on Cloud.
We partnered with Turk Telekom and built "11820 Technology Support Center", the one and only Technology Call Center for SME and Residential customer segments within EMEA region. We have serviced over 700,000 customers, with 80% first-call-resolution.
