20 years' leadership and strategic management experience in education, working in schools, vocational and community education in the UK.
Continued to focus on lifelong learning as a specialist in youth governance and integrated literacy in Uganda, Designed, developed and implemented community-based youth literacy programme across Northern Uganda funded by DFID.
Currently working on End Child Marriage Programme in the Amhara region of Ethiopia. Building the capacity of school clubs in rural areas through training, participatory approaches, and producing manuals to support the programme.
