- Leading the end to end change activity related to processes and systems in Retail Banking – starting from inception, viability assessment, design and delivery
- Continuous stakeholder management through long-term partnership relationships
- Managing the overall Retail T&O project portfolio: budget, priorities, tracking, risk management (>£60M annual budget)
- Direct management of design team (40 people) and change management team (17 people), holding direct responsibility for the start and the end of Retail changes lifecycle – including materializing concepts into actionable deliveries, making them work and delivering tangible and measurable results
