As I see it, every organization is unique. It’s perception that drives behavior and they change with time. To bring about change, a high degree of employee participation is required. Change is the result of investment of effort and intent to improve. And change is the only constant in life.
In vision there is creation. For me the true goal of education is intelligence plus character. One should always be an active thinker as nothing is impossible for a thinking mind. We can always do well and do good at the same time.
