EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Work with the rector and the head of Music Performance of the University of Arts to manage the artists, the programs and the logistics for the events in suitable venues detailed in the Marketing Plan and to ensure timely communication at all times.
- Contact partners to invite them to the event
- Analise the success of events based on number of articles in press, questionnaires completed by the public and feedback from the partners.
