As Junior FM in the Facility Management Department of Sodexo Belgium, I am working on the "Happy Move" project which has the potential to improve significantly our way of working through NWOW and the new technologies that we are implementing in our new Headquarter in Ixelles, Bruxelles. Sodexo delivers an extensive package of 15 services that contribute to the quality of life of clients and customers. We work as well with hard as soft services. We are convinced that quality of life is the source of individual progress and of the performance power of an organization.
