I based my career on a foundation related to technical and managerial knowledge. So I started my career working as C/C++ developer and then as a system specialist and after 4 years I realized that it was necessary to test myself in different fields such as project management in order to improve my abilities in dealing with the customer and to acquire some methodologies to properly manage a group. In recent years I have spent my time trying to be more than a technical manager both improving my knoledge of business processes and taking part in more strategic decision related to organization and process reenginnering.
