A Masters of Infrastructure Planning (Grade:Good) holder from the Centre for Infrastructure Planning, University of Stuttgart, Federal Republic of Germany, with over seventeen years of postgraduate experience. Had earlier got a Bachelor of Engineering with honours in Civil Engineering (Grade: Second Class Upper Division) from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
