Currently, Professor and Coordinator of Geotechnologies Laboratory (LabGIS) at Geology College in University of Rio de Janeiro State, where classes GIS and Remote Sensing, develop academic landslides researches, in addition to advice undergraduates and graduate students. Previously was Director of the Rio de Janeiro Geological Survey (2007-2010), where have created the Center for Prevention and Analysis of Geohazards and Center for Information of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Rio de Janeiro State.
