Francisco J. Gutierrez Caballero
Education
Mr Gutierrez Caballero received his law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL) and received a scholarship from the Mexican Government to pursue his Masters Degree on International Law at Notre Dame London Law School in 1989. He was elected President of the Student Bar Association that same year. In 1990 he received another Master Degree from New York University (NYU).
From 1990 through 1995 he taught Political Science Class and International Law at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
In 1994 he taught the Masters Programme on Public Law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon.
