I lead the Translational Bioinformatics group which is devoted to develop predictors of mutation pathogenicity. We develop our own technology based on the use of simple machine learning algorithms. Our work integrates basic scientific results, our experience at the hospital, and the idea of producing easy to use/interpret tools for healthcare professionals.
