My professional goal is to help firms, governments, universities, and students better manage the introduction of new technology and better understand those technologies that they should be trying to implement. I have done this as a professor and consultant for more than 25 years including receiving the NTT DoCoMo Mobile Science Award in 2004. As a professor, I taught courses on business models and on the economics of new technologies. The latter covers how new technologies become economically feasible and those technologies that are becoming economically feasible.
