Performance management of the three Scandinavian subsidiaries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) for the Citroën and DS Brands:
* Reviewing and approving local action plans to maximize sales results and profitability
* Advice and challenge on yearly Business Plans: Network development, Budget forecast, Marketing actions, After Sales & Quality activities, HR
* Implementation of Brand Sales policy
* Ensuring consistency between quarterly commercial action plans and production/logistic schemes
* Contribution to the elaboration of the 360° communication plan
