My work includes both teaching, and research. My research focuses on ecology of infectious diseases, disease outbreaks, molecular epidemiology, and evolution. A major interest has been the tracking of specific components of disease transmission systems with a particular focus to viral, and vector-borne diseases. Other interests are to study the factors affecting the development of the disease experimentally, and to study the effects of the chemotherapy on the disease treatment strategy....etc. Disease is an integrated and dynamic system which require to include a list of a wide dimension tool to handle several hypothesis present in an area.
