I am a Test Engagement Manager for the 'Retail' areas, within the IT Testing Services Team.
Here are some of the key tasks that I perform in my role:
Being engaged from the concept stage on pipeline projects, by project managers, to start building up an understanding of what testing will be needed for a project.
Creating a 'Master Test Strategy' document for each project, which all project stakeholders contribute to. This allows all project members to have clarity on the approach for all of the difference test types within the project.
Managing a functional test team that are all located offshore in Pune, India.
