Gary began his career as a computer operator at Janssen Pharmaceutia, a division of Johnson & Johnson while attending college. He was given development responsibilities while still in school and was hired as a programmer/analysts upon completing his studies. He supported many areas of the business during his seven years there including accounting, purchasing, field sales, sales reporting and the managed health care division. In 1994, Gary was hired as a Senior Analyst/Programmer by Unilever Cosmetics International (formerly Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company) to implement the JDEdwards ERP system across their European sites.
