Gavin is currently an Executive Development Lead on a major Organisation Development project called "Pursuing Excellence", which is creating the New Canon EMEA from the integration of Canon and Oce'.   

In partnership with McKinsey, he designed and is delivering the Pursuing Excellence Leadership Programme for over 400 Executives & Leaders across EMEA, including the CEO of Canon EMEA and the Main Board. In his role as 'Master Coach' , Gavin is training and providing support to the growing network of coaches, who provide 1-1 coaching during this flagship programme.
