As Operations Manager I manage our PMO team to ensure that our active projects are proceeding as planned. My main responsibilities concentrated in executive project management and risk management. Specific tasks will include reading end of day reports from our project managers to assess progress, provide feedback and support, proactively prevent potential risks, and manage concerns as they arise from the start to finish of each project, along with ad hoc tasks.
