Gerard is the former CEO of Builders Academy Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Simonds Group (ASX:SIO).  Gerard joined that business in January 2014 and drove its commercialisation into a highly profitable business before Simonds Group listed on the ASX in November 2014.
