Description of my perfect work environment:

Technical orientation:
System Architect, Technical Analyst, Software Architect/Analyst/Designer/Mentor using technologies that are not established yet like Cloud Computing, Agent oriented Technologies, or new technologies like Collaborative Systems, as well as paradigms like SOA, Component oriented Software Architecture and embedded Systems. 

Organization orientation:
IT-Infrastructure Management, Management throughout the whole software life cycle plus supporting tools and methodologies during each phase.

As I am an ENFP type (Kreisky) conceptual work, research and mentoring fits best.
