 Implement government policies concerning to Women Children and Youth  Identifying potential donors for planned trainings  Plan ,coordinate, support youth and women based on their association (especially self help groups)  Involve in the whole activities in mass mobilization  Mobilize the local (w-7)communities through awareness creation to participate in the identification, implementation and evaluation of projects  Conducting different trainings to beneficiaries  Ensure that periodic, regular and timely reports for the boss and other stake holders  Perform the overall duties assigned by the head of the office
