About
my personal and professional experience have been developed in multinational companies always as HR (as business/strategic partner), where I have always been challenged in terms of flexibilities, delivering, partnership, coaching, leadership and counselling.
My experiences are mainly developed within two different companies.
Fiat Auto, automotive company, wherever recognized as HR excellence school, and DSM Italy where the mission was to implement and standardize all HR management system and drive and deliver the changes request.
