Giuseppe Messina received his degree in Computer Science in 2000 at the University of Catania.Since March 2001 he has been working at STMicroelectronics in the Advanced System Technology (AST) Imaging Group. His current research interests are in the area of Image Processing, Resolution Enhancement, Analysis-Synthesis of Texture, Color Interpolation. He is author of several papers and patents in Image Processing field. He is reviewer for "IEEE Transaction on Image Processing" and "Computer Graphics and Geometric Modeling".
