The Global Atlas for Renewable Energy is one of the early programme launched by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
It provides interactive maps, analyses and tools to help decision-makers in growing global renewable energy capacity worldwide.
Since its launch in 2013, the Global Atlas has successfully passed the first phase of product development. More than 110,000 users created 180,000 sessions and saved more than 2,800 maps on their private accounts.
