About
I have a Ph.D. in Occupational Health Psychology from Utrecht University. My earlier research mainly focused on the relationship between job design, financial rewards and mental and physical health. The questions of what people find rewarding and motivating, vis-a-vis what rewards people get (or do not get) from their jobs still intrigues me. The focus of my current work includes includes psychology of entrepreneurship, strategic proactive work behavior, job design, motivation, well-being and performance from a multidisciplinary and cross-cultural perspective.
