Govind Dhaske's research foci include sanitation and behaviour change, women’s health and human rights, social policy, civil society, social work pedagogy, and human development. Govind’s career is accentuated by 1) direct social work practice on women and youth health and development, rural development, and corporate social responsibility 2) activist scholarship on health and human rights discrimination of women, policy reforms and civil society, urbanization and economic equity 3) social work education, outcome, and evaluation 4) theory-practice continuum and theory development, and 5) qualitative and quantitative research.
