* Responsible for identifying and implementing customer specific enhancements to the base EAM software package.
* Work with project managers and customer representative to identify enhancements, gather requirements, prepare functional and technical design documents.
* Implement application changes using Powerbuilder, .Net, or database triggers/procedures.
* Work with the Customer Support team to provide second level Help Desk support to customers as needed.
* Work with project managers to coordinate software releases.
