-First and foremost, I ensure that our construction processes are controlled and predictable. -Manage all field operations. -Manage field crews and manpower schedules on multiple job sites. -Provide oversight for our foremen and general foremen. -Act as the liason between JD2, general contractors, and other subcontractors, ensuring good communication and the ability to mitigate construction issues before they arise. -Main point of contact for most of our equipment suppliers. -Manage our safety program by maintaining our safety equipment, and providing field safety training that covers everything from OSHA standards to industry best practices, including common sense. -Work with fabricator...
