- Check on a daily basis the 2G and 3G RF KPI's - Perform on a daily basis RF optimization of the 2G and 3G network (including but not limited to Accessibility, Retainability,Integrity,Mobility and Radio resource monitoring) - Handle all RF related complains from the costumers - Perform benchmark of ABC and make suggestions to where and how to improve network - Perform DT using Nemo/TEMS of the 2G and 3G network - Perform WT to investigate costumer complain or to estimate network capacity for special events - Perform preventive maintenance of the cell sites - Create RF design of new cell sites - Create 2G/3G repeater designs and supervise installation - Integrate new cell sites
