After completing my BA degree in Business and Marketing I had the opportunity to work internationally both in for profit and not-for profit organizations. I have lived and worked in 5 different countries including Mexico, my country of origin. I completed a Masters Degree in Organizational Development in 2004 and the same year I moved to the US where I have been working as a Human Resources Generalist for 2 different manufacturing facilities (one union the other non-union).
