I'm a project manager for websites and applications, and enjoy following a project from a concept to launch (and beyond).
I write technical and functional specs, prepare gantts and workplans, manage resources (internal and outsourcing), 3rd party suppliers (local and abroad) and know my way around PMO, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
I like to keep my clients happy, and balance their needs with the project's - especially when those too conflict. I'm a good team member and leader and value the personal connection to the people I work with.
