Conduct effective analysis and review of strategies, business plans and budget to ensure alignment to targets and strategies. Facilitate the cascading of T&E Division and its legal entities KPIs and monitor performance against these plans through effective implementation of the T&E scorecard and key variance analysis approach, gather and compile business information and business performance data and manage stakeholders effectively.
