My current research interests include knowledge management and decision making in innovation, organizational learning, the early-phase management of R&D, customer needs assessment in business-to-business organizations, and the co-operation and value networks in product innovation. Social media, especially from innovation and industrial firm perspective, is currently one of my focal research interests, as it brings quite novel important possibilities and benefits to the above more generic interests.
