Hanz is now Cabin Attendant Manager at Volaris, a Mexican airline with a fleet of 46 aircrafts and 8 years of succes, in charge of 836 headcount (internal).

He has been with Volaris since day one and was hired as an intern flight attendant. He had the opportunity to develop and lay groundwork in the first two years of his career, with strong culture oriented to customer service and outstanding results.
